Don't let ADHD box you into a stereotype.
Guys listen, I didn't fix my ADHD with more discipline. I rewired it with 1% a day. Journaling taught me something the "TikTok ADHD stereotype" never will. The labels don't change until the story you tell yourself does. So I stopped chasing outcomes. I started living the version of me who wanted to be 1% a day isn't a productivity hack. It's identity work. Every small rep is proof of who you are becoming. I'm not the ADHD stereotype. Neither are you.

Your habits aren't the problem. Your identity is.
James Clear's biggest idea in Atomic Habits isn't about tracking habits in minutes or breaking them into parts. It's this: You don't rise to your goals. You fall to your identity. Want to read more? Stop saying "I want to read more books." Start saying "I am a reader." Want to get fit? Stop chasing a number on the scale. Start being "someone who trains." Why? Because every action is a vote for who you become. Miss a workout, one vote against. Show up for 10 minutes, one vote for. No single vote makes or breaks you. But cast enough of them, and the identity becomes real. Stop asking "what habit should I build." Start asking "who do I want to be, and what would that person do right now?" 👇 Comment the identity you're voting for this week. Let's hold each other to it.
