Thought I'd put this up and be brave! 😅🥊 I've been working on my pad work and would love some feedback from Carl on what I need to improve. I know there are probably loads of things I'm doing wrong, so any tips would be appreciated. Hopefully posting it keeps me accountable and gives me something to work on for next time. Anyone else training, feel free to post your videos too. It's always interesting to see what everyone is working on. 🥊
