DO THIS BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE
Welcome in. Before you touch a single module — do this first. I built a tool that writes your entire door-knocking script for you. Your name, your business, your area — plug it in, and it spits out your full pitch: the hook, the offer, objection handling, features and benefits, and the close. Word for word, ready to use today. (SEE LINK BELOW) Here's your assignment: 1. Generate your script (takes 2 minutes) 2. Read it out loud twice 3. Knock on 10 doors today using it 4. Come back and comment below — how many doors, what they said, did you get a yes Doesn't matter if you get rejected. Doesn't matter if it's awkward the first time. What matters is you do it today, while it's fresh. I read every comment on this post. Tag me if you get stuck or want me to look at how a door went. Let's get your first one done.

Are EV Trash Bin Cleaning Rigs the Future?
I recently came across a video of what was described as the first EV trash can cleaning truck ever made, and I was instantly interested in the idea. I know firsthand how expensive fuel can get, especially when you’re running a truck and equipment all day. While an EV still requires regular charging, the overall cost of electricity can be significantly lower than what many operators spend on gas. There’s also the potential for fewer maintenance issues since you don’t have to worry about traditional engine-related repairs and maintenance. I’m always interested in new products and technology that can help increase profit margins while making things more convenient for both business owners and technicians. So, I’m curious to hear your thoughts: Do you think EVs could be the future of trash bin cleaning rigs? And if you currently operate an electric work vehicle, what are your honest thoughts and experiences with it? Be sure to check out the video with the link below! Building a Brand
When starting a trash bin cleaning business, it’s easy to fall into the expectation that everyone within your service area will immediately flock to your company and sign up to have their trash bins cleaned. The reality is that it simply doesn’t work that way. The solution is to build local awareness and consistently communicate three things: 1. The service exists. 2. You are a local business. 3. You can solve a problem that homeowners may not even realize can be solved. A major part of creating that awareness is getting people to think about having their trash bins cleaned. This is where visual marketing becomes extremely important. When someone sees a dirty trash bin, it creates an opportunity to introduce them to the idea that there is a service specifically designed to clean and sanitize it. Some effective ways to build local awareness include: - Door hangers - Regularly posting in local Facebook groups and on Nextdoor - Yard signs - Sandwich boards with advertising, especially when you are working longer jobs The goal isn’t to rely on people randomly discovering your business. The goal is to consistently put your brand and your service in front of the people in your local market. Building your brand locally and keeping trash bin cleaning top-of-mind is essential to creating awareness, generating demand, and ultimately growing your client base.
