Romanian Deadlift + Bent-Over Row
Start by standing tall with a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your core engaged, soften your knees, and push your hips back as you lower the weights down your legs.
Once you reach the bottom of your deadlift, pause and hold your hinge position. Pull both dumbbells toward your ribs, squeezing your shoulder blades together to perform the row.
Lower the weights with control, then drive through your feet and push your hips forward to stand tall.
You’re working:
• Glutes
• Hamstrings
• Upper & mid-back
• Shoulders
• Core stability
FORM TIP: Keep your back neutral throughout the movement. Think “hips back” during the deadlift and “elbows back” during the row. Don’t rush the transition between the two exercises.
Try 3 sets of 10–12 reps.
