Add the weekly build call to your calendar. Same weight as a client meeting.

Post these four lines: What I'm trying to ship: [the file or output] What I gave it: [files, prompt, pasted as text] What came back: [paste it, scrubbed] What I expected instead: [one line] Paste text, scrubbed first: roles for names, placeholders for real numbers, no customer details. Screenshots of the tool's own menus are fine. Never a screenshot of company data. "It didn't work" gets a question back, not an answer. If it hit an objection at work, post the objection here. I build these inside large companies for a living. Bring the real one.

Weekly build call: Wednesdays, 7pm Eastern (4pm Pacific). Same slot every week. It runs whether two people show or twenty. Format: I build one real workflow start to finish, on camera, then we work on whatever you're stuck on. Replays post here within 24 hours, and in Classroom → Weekly Builds. Bring one thing. Not "I want to learn AI." One process, one blocker, one file. Two days before each call, a BRING ONE THING post goes up here. Reply to it. The first three replies get worked live.
