What I value most about Men Forge Forward is the genuine connection Sean creates. It is a supportive space where men can be themselves, speak honestly, support one another and have fun. Sean leads with warmth, humility and integrity. He listens, welcomes feedback, shares credit and brings care and humour even to difficult conversations.
