When you post a question, try to include: • What you’re trying to do • Where you’re getting stuck • What tool you’re using (if applicable) • What you’ve already tried You don’t need to be technical or “get it right.” Clear context helps others respond in ways that actually move you forward. If you’re unsure where your question belongs, start with AI in Real Life & Work. We can always adjust later. There are no bad questions here—just incomplete ones. 😊-

WELCOME TO THE 5-DAY AI INTENSIVE
Welcome! We’re excited to have you joining us for the 5-Day AI Working Intensive. Our first live working session begins tomorrow at 12:00 PM Eastern. Before we begin, please complete these steps: 1. Go to the Classroom Click the Classroom tab and open the 5-Day AI Intensive. 2. Complete START HERE Review the START HERE page so you know how the Intensive will work and what you need for Day 1. 3. Open the Day 1 Page Review DAY 1: Build Your First AI Assistant before the live session. 4. Introduce Yourself Create a post in the community and tell us: - Your name - - What you do or the business you’re building - - One thing you would like AI to help you accomplish during the Intensive - 5. Check the Calendar Go to the Calendar tab to find tomorrow’s live session and access the Zoom link. 6. Bring Your Laptop Make sure you can log in to ChatGPT or Claude, or Gemini and come prepared to work on your actual business. Day 1: Build Your First AI Assistant Time: 12:00 PM Eastern This is a working intensive, not a lecture series. Come ready to build, implement, and put AI to work in your business. Embracing AI and Elevating Business
Hello, everyone! I am truly excited to be here in the MidLife AI Society. I feel honored to be part of this community because it is exactly the kind of space I need to continue growing, evolving, and strengthening my business. I am especially excited to learn how to use AI more strategically to work through business bottlenecks, overcome setbacks, improve efficiency, and give my business the dynamic power it needs to move forward. Business today moves at microwave speed, and I have absolutely no intention of being left behind. I want to understand these tools, embrace what is possible, and learn how to use AI to operate at a higher level. I am grateful to be here, excited to dive in, and looking forward to both learning from everyone and sharing what I discover along the way. Let’s grow!
