Looking to purchase a park and wondering if there are any recommendations for banks/lenders on MHP that might lend on an infill project. Looking to put down 40%, but not sure if a bank will lend on a 28 pad when only 8 are filled and 11 are ready for homes.
Any recommendations of people for me to call? How are rates looking right now for loans on MHPs?
