Patrik is an experienced fella. I believe he is open minded and always experimenting while he stands his ground when it comes to basics. He is not just an another Primal-Peat LARPer, he actually understands hormones, nutrition, training and ascending. While other influencers give homo advice and make u stressed, because you dont do everything they say, Patriks advice makes u calm and actually healthy. I believe Pat could make more classes, but his threads are still peak education. 10/10.
