Judgment Day - Final FTP Test

Hey Everyone,

Hope you are all out enjoying the good weather.

Today was my FTP test after my 4 week challenge. Last week didn’t go too good as I got knocked off my bike so hence I didn’t post. This week was a bit strange as it was a relatively quiet week leading up today.

I can honestly say Arne is a magician, before he even calculates where my FTP is I know myself it has increased massively (and garmin is telling me too). I did my test today after a run, an open water swim this morning and in the 30deg heat and I smashed it.

I’m looking forward to seeing the results. And I just want to say thanks to the main man.
