I'm Gege. I talk about identity, unmasking, neurodivergence, culture, womanhood, creativity, burnout, reinvention, spirituality when it naturally comes up, and the strange business of figuring yourself out as you go.
A lot of what I share comes from things I've lived, questioned, learned, changed my mind about and am still figuring out.
This isn't an ADHD diagnosis or medical advice community. It's a place to talk, question, share experiences and sometimes discover that somebody else has been thinking the exact same thing.
