That’s a new one for me. I'm not shy, but I see a lot. say a lot. laugh a lot. And sometimes, that makes people uncomfortable. So I hide. I perceive that when I let myself be seen. Others feel seen. That can be scary. But I'm going to try to share the non-polished version of me. The real one. The one who laughs too loud in museums. ⠀ For a long time, I’ve been playing small. Keeping things quiet. But nowadays, I’m thriving, traveling, Living Light, leading retreats, making friends, falling in love… And coming from where I come from, it feels selfish to not share. I have been through hell and back and lost my way many times. But I feel whole nowadays. I'm happy. I'm in love. I'm healthy. I'm living an awesome Wild & Light Life... and also struggling. I'm struggling with new logistical challenges. I'm struggling with an a.i. world that's hard to keep up with and sometimes makes me think like a machine. But I also... feel happy and on purpose. I feel I know who I am and can never really be lost again. I may lose my way, but not myself! And that feels GOOD. Always remember: your light was never meant to be small... ⠀ Try this today: ⠀ - Put one hand on your heart. - Take three slow breaths, longer on the exhale. - Ask: Where am I still dimming my light so other people feel comfortable? - Pick one tiny way to let yourself be seen today. Wear the thing. Say the thing. Share the thing. ⠀ I dare you to let your heart open as big as it wants to. Then come back and tell me in the comments what you chose. ⠀ Ready for the next baby step outside the Matrix? Join us for Light in the Wild, our California retreat - November 4 to 11.
