YOU SEED THE VALUE 🌱 WE AMPLIFY IT 🌻
We’ve launched LinkedIn and Facebook pages for our community. They’re not primarily about promoting the community. They’re about putting you, your work, your projects, and your results in front of a much wider audience. We’ll share your best posts, discussions, and achievements, helping you reach the right people, whether that means new members, community owners, potential partners, sponsors, investors, or even potential buyers if you’re looking to exit. You can also bring us anything you’d like to put on the radar, whether it’s an event your community is organizing, a job opening in the community space, the launch of a new feature for the community app or tool you’re building, a new community project, or an opportunity to collaborate with other community leaders. Bring something valuable here. We’ll help it travel further. And if you want to be closer to what’s being built, Premium or VIP Partnerships give you greater visibility, but more importantly, the opportunity to help shape this emerging field with us.

Q4/2026: From community to industry infrastructure
Hi Community World 👋 Q4/2026 is here, and we’ve got a lot to build together. Here’s what we want to achieve before the end of the year. 1) Grow our Open Community Funded Research to at least 500 people who are actively moving our segment forward. 2) Secure an Ultra Sponsor with QRR, ideally together with one additional VIP partner. 3) Select our first Community Intelligence Analyst from the discussion under this post. We want the community itself to help us identify the right person. 4) Earn the trust of our first 10+ buyers and investors from Big Tech, FinTech, AI and Real Estate and bring them into AcquireCommunity.com 5) Add 10+ interesting Community M&A opportunities to Tapdust.com. 6) Build a team of 3-5 brokers who are compensated on commission. 7) Open discussions with potential sponsors and agree on a supplier who can build and deliver the Community Investment Summit on a turnkey basis for us. We’re not trying to build another community that exists for the sake of having members. We’re building infrastructure for the Community Industry. Open Community Funded Research → Collective intelligence → Talent scouting → Community M&A → Capital from other segments → Supporting other communities and events across our field. And we’re building it together with the people who are actually moving this industry forward. Now I’d love to see your plans. If you’re running a community or working on a community project, share your Q4/2026 plan publicly in the comments in a similar format. What are you trying to achieve, what are you building, and where could you use help? Let’s put everyone’s plans in one place, see where our goals overlap, and help each other make them happen.

I’m Sonia from Bali 👋
I have been in the Community Industry for 7+ years, working across AI, SaaS, Web3, gaming, media, and tech. All my work has been remote and global, with 20+ projects across different products and teams. I’ve built and grown communities from 0 to 100K+ members, worked with products reaching 3M+ users, led teams of 20+, and hosted 500+ community events. I have always worked closely with leadership and Product, sitting between the people building the product and the people using it. A big part of my work is understanding psychology, emotions, and human behaviour, and turning that into better community experiences, engagement, and gamification. I’m currently looking for a full-time role with a strong team and a strong product. Company size doesn’t matter to me. I care about people who genuinely understand the value of community and want to build it as a real business function. I’m also open to consulting and project-based work, and I’m a Top Rated Upwork freelancer with 100% Job Success. Outside of work, I’m building my own career community for marketing professionals on Telegram (600+), growing my personal brand around community on LinkedIn and X, and hosting community-focused Spaces. Always happy to connect with community professionals, founders, and teams working on interesting products. My Current Approach to Learning Faster 📝💨
During our first live session of “THE PULSE”, Jakub explained the idea behind the CommunityIndustry community and our current game plan for taking it to another level in a relatively short period of time. He was also showing you our platform Tapdust, which is another tool for compressing time, getting rapid access to information from your own portfolio, and understanding what is currently going on there. You don’t necessarily need to watch the full recording. Your time is limited, I get it, and 94 minutes is quite a lot. Instead, I recommend watching the first 30 minutes, mainly to get familiar with Jakub himself :) and his mission here. During the call, Jakub asked me if I could answer three questions. The first question focused on what caught my attention that week. The second was about what I was currently working on, and the third was about the current members of our community. Who gave me some value, caught my attention, etc. For the third question, I mentioned Mason's post. I was able to connect with him in the comment section and give him a few tips on how to get more members into his own Claude Code community. There’s no need to go deeper into my answers here because you can hear them in the recording. What really mattered to me was the first question and Jakub’s advice. I was working on LEVEL 1 in Community Investment Mastery, especially on improving my empathy. I see empathy as a solid foundation for building relationships that last more than two years and also for connecting individuals with each other. I strongly believe in the power of education. That means I love self-improvement, personal growth, and constantly learning new things. For me, it’s not just about reading a book and saying, “Yeah, that was a really great book.” And then what? What’s the next step? I like expanding my horizontal knowledge so I can build strong context and understand as much as possible across different areas. But when I find something I genuinely want to become an expert in, then obviously I’ll go much deeper.

I need help
I've been trying to grow a product based WhatsApp community for almost three months but we are stuck. I've done social media outreach strategy etc. We currently don't have the money to do an ad, I just want to put that in context. So i need suggestions.
