If you want to reach out to local Senior Care Advisors, these are people who work with seniors and families to make placements into assisted living facilities and they're super knowledgeable people. From what I found out with my own experience, they need to be connected to notaries for families. You might also be able to work out a deal with them where, if you refer families to them, you can make a commission for their placement. I know I'm in front of families almost every week who have elderly parents who are dealing with getting their loved ones into some sort of care. This could be a really great opportunity for you to make recommendations and give referrals and also do some notary work because there is notary work that needs to be done here.
