I'm Richard Williams, currently working as a bereavement coordinator/counselor with Bristol Hospice. living on Oahu since 1978 has been a blessing. I'm a retired Navy Operations Specialist Chief since 2008. Exercise and keeping my mind as sharp as I can while aging is a habit.
