To those living with a critical, terminal, or chronic illness: stay strong. ❤️ I hug you gently from afar and offer you my most sincere support. I am aware that there are days when the flesh feels weak, the pain is so loud you can't think, and your body demands more than what you are capable of giving. In those horrible moments, try to remember that the flesh may be weak, but the mind can be incredibly strong. When you get a minute, quiet the noise, clear your mind, and focus on your breath. Take three deep but slow breaths. Find your center. Don't fight the pain; let it be. Allow yourself to move your attention beyond it, even if it's just for a moment. Remember, this takes time. It's not a competition. Find that little place of peace... That healing peace within you, where your body can soften, your mind can become still, and you can simply be. It may not take the illness away. But sometimes, those moments of centeredness and calm are enough to remind you that you are still fighting, and still capable of finding peace, even in the middle of the storm. 🫶🏼 With love, Chely
