One-on-one coaching course - Want to know more? What to expect:
From Panic to Peace A 6-Session, Faith-Based Coaching Program Y'all, if you're here, you're probably wondering what actually happens inside this program before you commit. That's fair. Here's exactly what you get. Who this is for If fear's been running your life — your relationships, your confidence, how you see yourself — this was built for you. If you've sat in the driveway unable to pull out, avoided things you wanted to do, or wondered if this is just who you are now, you're exactly who I had in mind. What's included - 6 one-on-one coaching sessions with me — not a group program, not pre-recorded content. Real conversations, tailored to where you actually are. - A personal tool after every session — something concrete to use between calls, not just something to think about. Over the course of the program, you'll walk away with: - A body-awareness worksheet to start noticing your fear response instead of just reacting to it - A trigger-tracking log to spot your specific patterns - A personalized grounding card (5-4-3-2-1 method paired with scripture) - A scripture list built around your specific fears - A "taking it back" action plan for gradual, real-life exposure - Your own personal peace plan to keep you going after we're done - A faith-centered approach throughout — renewing your mind with scripture, leaning on prayer in real moments, not just believing it in theory. How it moves We start with understanding your fear response, move into finding your patterns, build your practical toolkit, go deeper into renewing your mind with scripture, work on rebuilding trust in your body and taking back what fear's kept you from, and close by naming who you are now and building your plan to keep the momentum going. What you leave with Not "cured" in some perfect sense — free. Present in your relationships, trusting your body again, living your faith in the hard moments instead of just believing it. Investment: $1800 Ready to talk it through first? Book a free 15-minute discovery call — [booking link] — no pressure, just a conversation about where you're at.

It's Here 🕊️
If you're still sitting in the driveway some days, still canceling plans, still waiting to "feel ready" before you do the things you actually want to do — I get it. But if nothing changes, next year probably looks a lot like this one. Same fear, same shrinking, same wondering if this is just who you are now. I built From Panic to Peace — a 6-session, faith-based coaching program that walks you from stuck in fear to actually living free, renewing your mind with scripture and real tools you can use between sessions. This is for you if you're dealing with anxiety or panic attacks and you're ready to stop managing fear and start moving through it. If that's you, book a free 15-minute call here: [https://calendar.app.google/H5kczXCHS86aP56Y6]. No pressure — just a conversation about where you are and whether this is the right next step. I built this because I lived it. I climbed out of agoraphobia myself, and I don't want anyone else white-knuckling their way through life alone.

New week, new tool for your toolbox.
This week's tool: naming the fear out loud. Here's how it works — the next time fear shows up, instead of just being swept up in it, say it out loud (or in your head if you're somewhere you can't talk): "I notice I'm feeling afraid." That's it. That's the whole tool. Here's why it works — when you're just in the fear, it feels like it's all of you, like there's no space between you and it. But the second you name it — "I notice I'm feeling afraid" instead of just "I'm terrified" — you create a little distance. You're not the fear. You're a person noticing a feeling. That gap is small, but it's real, and it's often just enough room to reach for your next tool instead of getting swallowed whole. Try it this week, even in small moments — doesn't have to be a full panic attack to practice. The more you use it in the little moments, the more natural it'll feel when you need it in the big ones. Give it a try this week and let me know — does this one feel like a keeper for your toolbox, or not really your thing? Either way, drop your thoughts below.
