I stick to my openings, finally have a plan what to do in the middle games, and can clutch out endgames. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve worked with Jonas at Pegasus Chess for a year and couldn’t be happier. Before meeting him, I’d played ~50,000 games but had plateaued and wasn’t improving. Since joining, my ratings have increased 200–300 points depending on the time control. Jonas is knowledgeable, patient, affordable, and very responsive. His weekly classroom sessions, where he reviews student games and teaches high-level concepts, are my favorite part of the program. Highly recommend Jonas!

I echo what all the other reviewers have said, plus I would like to add that Jonas's methodology of selecting specific situations from games submitted for weekly reviews, and turning them into teaching sessions likely to be of greatest benefit to the group as a whole, is highly effective.

I found Jonas via his YouTube video channel. Following that I joined his academy and also have recently paid for the 3 month summer coaching sessions. I have found Jonas to be an excellent, patient and extremely knowledgeable coach both in personal sessions as well as group sessions. No questions are too dumb for him to explain things and his training has helped me to improve my confidence, positional understanding and endgame knowledge. Best of all he is able to meet everyone at their level.

I also got to know Jonas through his excellent you tube videos. He is an excellent teacher. I have gained so much chess knowledge. He has a simple and very effective strategy for improving your chess. There are no short cuts but if you put in the time and effort with Jonas guidance, one can improve immensely
