@Alessandra Turati Thanks for your question, Alessandra. This world is full of morons and charlatans who claim — as I do — to have found the TOE. It’s like how to identify the holy grail scene in one of the Indiana Jones movies — the fakes are many, and most people just don’t have the ability to choose the right one. Look at this Tom Campbell: you just need to read a few sentences on his website to know how ridiculous his “TOE” is (eg “Tom was able to develop a scientific model of reality explaining how and why the physical world only exists in our minds”). Most humanity-related questions are automatically answered if you can get hold of the one and only TOE — the true account of the nature of matter, what the universe is, and how it exists. Only after we have seen the whole picture can we start to understand and appreciate our place and roles in it. In other words, the most important skill for a human being to develop is to know the truth, to learn how to tell what’s fantasy, what’s bullshit, and what’s the plain fact. It’s not an easy job in this world where ignorance has ruled for thousands of years — first in the form of religion, and now increasingly in the form of science. There’s nothing more paranormal than our own stupidity as evidenced by these Campbells, hawkings and Penroses.
