3rd Class Power Plant steam time in Novascotia
I am reaching out to request your guidance and support in securing a position in a 3rd Class power plant here in Nova Scotia. I am a certified 4th Class Power Engineer and have successfully completed three of the four exams required for my 3rd Class licence. To become eligible for the final exam, I must complete six months of qualifying steam time in a 3rd Class or higher plant. I am fully committed to learning, working hard, and contributing to safe and efficient plant operations. If you are aware of any opportunities or can connect me with someone in the industry, your help would be greatly appreciated as it will directly support my progress toward completing my 3rd Class certification.

Oil and Gas inquiry
Hello, what would be the best way to enter into Oil and Gas? I have 3 exams done towards my 2nd Class. I am currently working in a pulp mill and would eventually like to get hours towards my 1st Class, but can only do that if my company hires me as a shift engineer. Right now I'm working as a field engineer with my 3rd. So, this only helps me get my second class. I'm 45 I don't want to wait a bazillion years to get my 1st (It's a union environment, except for supervisory positions).
