🔥 You Made It. Welcome to Progress Recovery on Skool. 🔥
There’s no performance required here. No highlight reels. No “I’ve got this all figured out” energy. No pressure to look healed, polished, or Instagram-ready. This is the place for the real shit: the rough mornings, the nights you question whether change is even possible, the messy middle where most people give up or pretend. If that’s where you are—or where someone you love is—you’re exactly where you belong. Pull up a seat. You’re already part of this. I’m Belle Morey — Wisconsin Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), recovery coach, and the unfiltered human behind Progress is Progress LLC. I built this community because I got tired of watching good people twist themselves into someone else’s version of “recovered.” I’ve lived rock bottom. I’ve clawed my way out. And I’ve walked beside hundreds of others doing the same. Shame doesn’t get a chair at this table. What we stand for here: Addiction is when your life stops belonging to you. It hijacks your days, your choices, your breath, until you barely recognize yourself. We get it. You’re not alone in it. Radical authenticity is non-negotiable. No cookie-cutter bullshit. Your story—brutal, ugly, beautiful, unfinished—is real expertise. We own it and we use it. Progress is Progress. Mile or millimeter. It doesn’t matter how small, how invisible, or how messy it looks. Forward is forward. No one else gets to define what counts for you. No toxic positivity. Ever. Recovery isn’t rainbows and unicorns. It’s gritty, uncomfortable, and often ugly. We face it head-on, together. Lived experience is real expertise. The street smarts, the survival instincts, the scars—they matter here. Community over isolation. Healing happens in the mess of real relationships. Isolation keeps you stuck. Connection helps you become who you’re meant to be. We break the stigma. We talk openly about relapse, shame, survival tactics, the stuff most people hide. No more whispering. We drag it into the light. This isn’t about perfect streaks or gold stars. It’s about showing up raw—hungover, hurting, barely scraping by—and still telling the truth. It’s venting when you need to, celebrating the tiny wins that feel huge, and knowing you’re not alone when you slip or stall.

Weaponized Self-Talk
Your Daily Dose of Don’t Give a Fuck August 22, 2026 Trigger: Looking at how far you’ve come and still feeling like an imposter in your own life. Rewrite: Imposter syndrome is just fear wearing a smarter outfit. You did the work. You are not faking this. The evidence is in the days you kept going when it would have been easier to quit. The Move: List three concrete things you have survived or changed that the old version of you never thought possible. Read them out loud. Progress is progress — mile or millimeter.

Your Daily Dose of Don’t Give a Fuck August 18, 2026 Trigger: You’re exhausted from being the strong one for everyone else and still pretending you don’t need anything. Rewrite: Needing help is not weakness. It’s human. The same strength that kept you alive is allowed to rest and ask for backup. The Move: Tell one safe person one specific thing you need this week. Keep it simple and clear. Progress is progress — mile or millimeter.

Your Daily Dose of Don’t Give a Fuck August 17, 2026 Trigger: Your body still feels like a crime scene some days—full of old damage, new changes, and opinions that aren’t yours. Rewrite: This body got you through hell. It does not have to be pretty, small, or “fixed” to deserve care. It is not a project. It is home. The Move: Do one neutral or kind thing for your body today that has nothing to do with changing how it looks. Progress is progress — mile or millimeter.
