Welcome to The Collective Community
Welcome to The Collective Community! Big things have been happening behind the scenes. Over the past several months, my vision for what this community could become has continued to grow. What started as the Progressive Leadership Community has evolved into something much bigger than a place to share leadership content. It has become a place to build relationships, continue meaningful conversations, and grow alongside leaders who believe leadership is a lifelong journey. That's why I'm excited to officially introduce... The Collective Community A Progressive Traditions Leadership & Coaching Community This isn't just a new name. It's a clearer vision. The Collective Community will serve as the online home for intentional leaders where we will continue the conversations that begin through The Collective Weekly Brief, deepen the relationships formed at The Collective Social, and provide ongoing resources, discussions, coaching, and encouragement between workshops, events, and speaking engagements. Our mission remains the same. To help leaders grow intentionally, lead with purpose, and make a lasting impact. Whether you've been with me from the beginning or you're joining us for the first time, I'm grateful you're here. This is more than a community. It's a collective of leaders committed to their own growth, as well as the growth of the community. Learning together, growing together, and leading better. Welcome to The Collective Community. We Made It! The Last Day of the 7 Day Challenge!
Seven days ago, we started with one focus: YOU. For the past week, you've been asked to slow down, think differently, make intentional choices, and take an honest look at how you lead yourself. Today, our final challenge and lesson are waiting for you in the Lead Differently™ Classroom. Give yourself these last 10 intentional minutes. Don't rush through today simply because we've reached the end. Finish intentionally. And as you prepare for the week ahead, I want you to do one more thing. Go back through the previous six days. Which challenge was your favorite? Which one challenged you the most? Which one do you need to do again? Consider choosing one and revisiting it this week. A challenge doesn't lose its value simply because the day has passed. Sometimes growth requires us to go back to something we weren't quite finished with. The 7 Day Challenge ends today. Leading differently doesn't. 7 DAYS. 7 CHALLENGES. ONE FOCUS: YOU. Thank you for taking the challenge. Coach Mike

Who says... “This is a volunteer organization.”
