Welcome to The Collective Community! Big things have been happening behind the scenes. Over the past several months, my vision for what this community could become has continued to grow. What started as the Progressive Leadership Community has evolved into something much bigger than a place to share leadership content. It has become a place to build relationships, continue meaningful conversations, and grow alongside leaders who believe leadership is a lifelong journey. The Collective Community will serve as the online home for intentional leaders where we will continue the conversations that begin through The Collective Weekly Brief, deepen the relationships formed at The Collective Social, and provide ongoing resources, discussions, coaching, and encouragement between workshops, events, and speaking engagements.
