So I am in the middle of my Orangetheory class tonight and the woman next to me (I don’t even know her name but recognize her from being in about a zillion classes together) says I haven’t been here in a while but since I last saw you you look amazing. Now I know my physical appearance is vastly different since the start of Project 300 and it’s by no means the first time this has happened but I’m not gonna say it isn’t nice when random other people notice the hard work enough to say something. Photos from January 2026 vs this week for reference. That’s 60lbs difference in weight. Yes….all the hard workouts and early mornings are worth it!
