Before Bidding, make sure you have:
🔹 A solicitor with genuine auction experience, not just a general conveyancer.
🔹 Read and understood the legal pack, including special conditions, fees, title issues, restrictions and completion requirements.
🔹 Checked that your solicitor can work to the auction deadline, often just 28 days.
Skipping the legal pack, or choosing a solicitor unfamiliar with auction purchases, can leave you exposed to unexpected costs, delays, or even put your deposit at risk if you cannot complete.
Get your Finance and legal checks in place before Bidding, not after.
