Make your Harvest Full Moon Water
The Harvest Moon isn't just pretty. It's the Full Moon closest to the autumn equinox, the one farmers once worked by to bring in the last of the crops. And that's exactly the energy it carries. You've been planting all year. Tonight, you gather. So let's make moon water that holds that energy for you. What you'll need - A clean glass jar with a lid - Clean drinking water - A cinnamon stick (abundance) - A few cloves (protection) - Your intention, clear in your head Step 1: Cleanse everything. Cleanse your jar and your ingredients before anything goes in. Smoke, sound, breath, or a simple prayer all work. You wouldn't cook in a dirty pot. Don't make sacred water in an uncleared one. Step 2: Call in the divine, Hold the jar and invite the blessings of the divine. Then call on Archangel Michael to protect the ritual and your energy. Step 3: Add your ingredients Drop in the cinnamon stick and ask it to call in abundance. Add the cloves and ask them to seal in protection. Speak to them. It isn't silly. It's direction you speak into each ingredient. Step 4: Pour in the water - Fill the jar with clean water. As you pour, say your harvest intention out loud. Name one thing you've worked hard for this year as if it's already yours. Step 5: Let the moon do her work Close the lid and leave the jar out in the moonlight for the whole evening. A windowsill works if you can't leave it outside. And no, clouds don't cancel it. The moon is still there. Step 6: Strain in the morning Strain out the cinnamon and cloves first thing. Leave them in too long and your water turns cloudy and funky. Store it in a clean bottle, label it, and keep it somewhere cool. How to use your Harvest Moon Water - Drink it with gratitude for what you've received this year (only if you used drinking water and a clean jar) - Add it to a bath when you want to feel abundant and held - Anoint your tools like tarot cards, crystals, and sound bowls - Cleanse your space by sprinkling it in corners and doorways - Water your plants and let the abundance grow, literally - Dab it on your wrists or heart before an important conversation or decision

Witchy things 💕
Popular (pop) culture has turned witches into something to be scared of, evil and scary. However, the earliest known witches refer to the wise women in the village. They knew how to read the weather, the winds, the animals, how to use herbs to heal. Do you realise what kind of power that was? The very power to heal, foresee, and foretell. When more people, who could not afford doctors and lawyers started going to these village wise woman aka witches for help, the rich and the powerful got apprehensive about these witches. They could not bear to have someone more powerful than them. Knowledge and wisdom is power for sure. And that too, at the hands of women. That was the time they started criminalising everything witchy and thus the witch trials started. Till date, many reincarnated witches hold the pain, suffering, and fear they underwent during those times. Although their gifts are natural, they are scared to own it or show it. It’s a deep wound, often called a witch wound, that ails them in every lifetime. Witchcraft, like all other things, has two sides. It depends on the intention (very important always) as to how and why witchcraft is being used. The same craft can be used to heal and to curse. Both are extremely potent. This is what makes protection rituals so much more important.
