3. I build your three sessions around that context. That takes 7 days.
4. We run the three live 1-on-1 sessions.

→ LLM foundations: tokens, context windows, why the agent “forgets,” and why bad answers happen
→ How to get better output: clear context, constraints, acceptance criteria, and what “done” looks like
→ How to evaluate and choose the right model for the task (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.)
→ Agent modes (Ask, Agent, Plan): when to use each, and how to chain them into a workflow
→ Hands-on: take an existing piece of work in your starter project, improve it with the agent, review the diff, and catch what the agent missed
What you will get by the end of session #1: Gain the knowledge to use AI coding agents in any repository and build custom workflows that force the AI to produce high-quality code.

→ Why chat-only prompting fails on real repos (and what replaces it)
→ `AGENTS.md`: what belongs in it (stack, commands, conventions, do/don’t rules) so the agent stops needing the same instructions every session
→ `SKILL.md` files: reusable workflows you trigger on demand (vs dumping everything into one giant instruction file)
