My heart is going out to the world today, for Eastern Oregon, for Hawaii, and for Colombia. For all those affected by natural disasters. I know the feeling of waking up to the destruction of a place you lived, played, and loved. We are in the time that many wisdomkeepers prophesied, a time of Earth changes and renewal. This is the Pachakuti, the end of Kali Yuga, the beginning of the fifth flame. A time when things must come to the surface, a time when things must change. To move through these changes with less suffering, we must see that an open heart is more powerful and wise than a clenched fist. We must understand that what happens to one affects us all. This is everyone's home. We cannot allow what has dominated this Earth plane to continue in relentless destruction. The Kogi say that the more we desecrate and degrade our sacred sites, whether it is by industry or politics, it does not matter; the more we will experience worsening storms and catastrophic events of nature. This is because we have disrupted the natural functioning of Gaia. This is the Earth Guardian wisdom to know how to become an agent of restoration and a force for harmony.
