Charles really is the Mad Scientist, he is the best! The skills he is providing, along with all the FREE99 tool, scripts, and other tips and tricks is incredible. Nobody teaches and gives as much as Charles does! This is the best place for learning and actually implementing AI, he is always available for questions and support on top of what he does. I highly recommend this group for anyone looking to learn or expand on AI.

I joined for the real estate side and stayed for the AI. Charles doesn't just talk about automation — he shows the actual workflows, the tools, and how they tie back to a deal. I've learned more practical AI here in a few months than in a year of YouTube rabbit holes. The weekly Q&A calls are worth it on their own: bring a real problem, walk out with a direction. If you keep hearing you should "use AI" and don't know where to start, this is the room. 5 stars

My experience as a student in the REI & AI Automation community has been nothing short of AMAZING! I'm very grateful to my mentor @Israel Miller for introducing me to this community of go-givers.
