This has been a life-changing experience. After 22 years in recovery and tens of thousands of dollars spent on therapy, Tanya has completely given me a new perspective on how to look at things. Such as correction does not equal connection, your relationship will not be healed with an apology and my daughter does not feel safe with me and showed me why that is. Now I know what to say and how to say it. I wish I did it perfectly each time but our relationship is greatly improved and I’m thrilled.

What has happened to my relationship with my daughter is beyond my wildest expectations. In about 3 weeks, following Tania’s guidelines and suggestions my daughter and I are back on track. Is it over and all better? No I am sure there will be other issues but I have been given tools to work with. Something today’s therapists don’t give to our children. They tell them leave and don’t look back. That’s going to be very an effective way of dealing with people in the future. 🤣 good luck with that.

The RC has been pivotal in gaining & practicing the knowledge we learn about ourselves & our adult child(ren) in estrangement, & for some, finding the way back to each other The daily challenges make you think about how you look at yourself & your adult child(ren) & it can transform your thinking & nervous system to a better you, with greater understanding, compassion & empathy for both yourself & your AC for what you did not know before & what you know now.
