What has happened to my relationship with my daughter is beyond my wildest expectations. In about 3 weeks, following Tania’s guidelines and suggestions my daughter and I are back on track. Is it over and all better? No I am sure there will be other issues but I have been given tools to work with. Something today’s therapists don’t give to our children. They tell them leave and don’t look back. That’s going to be very an effective way of dealing with people in the future. 🤣 good luck with that.

The RC has been pivotal in gaining & practicing the knowledge we learn about ourselves & our adult child(ren) in estrangement, & for some, finding the way back to each other The daily challenges make you think about how you look at yourself & your adult child(ren) & it can transform your thinking & nervous system to a better you, with greater understanding, compassion & empathy for both yourself & your AC for what you did not know before & what you know now. We all encourage each other!

This is the third coaching program I have been in for Adult Child Estrangement. Neither of the other coaching platforms gave me the insight, clear path or skills to navigate connection with my estranged adult children. I LOVE that Tania was the estranged adult child and beautifully translates the language of estrangement from the adult child perspective, and in a way that is so encouraging and unshaming.
