Lunar Eclipse Renewal
Tonight's lunar eclipse feels like it arrived right on time.
As I return to the Bay, I'm returning to something deeper too — my commitment to this community and the work we're building together.
Eclipses have always been markers of renewal: a brief darkness that lets us see what we're ready to release, and what we're ready to recommit to. Tonight, I'll be holding a small ritual to mark my own recommitment — to collective curiosity, to embodied practice, and to the neuro-somatic integration framework at the heart of what we do.
This is a moment to both root and reflect. To ground into what matters, and to look honestly at where we're headed.
Because we're launching the next chapter of the HR Skool community — and I want to begin it the way I hope we'll move through it: intentionally, embodied, and together.
