Founder’s Fog is for people building something and trying to work out what actually makes sense.
Sometimes the problem keeps changing or you are not sure who genuinely needs what you are building or the solution makes complete sense in your head, but the moment you explain it to someone else, you realize there are gaps you have not resolved. Maybe you have already done the research, spoken to people, started building, or gathered some evidence, but you are still not sure what it means for the next decision.
This is where we work through those things. Bring what you are building, the assumptions you are making, what you already know, and the part that still feels unclear.
Here, you can ask questions, share work in progress, join Coffee Hours, and test important assumptions before spending more time or money building.
You do not need a polished pitch or a finished product. You just need something you are genuinely trying to build and a willingness to examine it carefully.
Welcome to the fog.
