🌿 About Brandy Grace: Trauma Educator
Brandy Grace – Education Coordinator, Mothers Helping Mothers Brandy Grace is a Southern mama, trauma educator, and MS warrior who knows how to turn life’s lemons into something worth savoring. After surviving storms of abuse, cancer, hurricanes, and miscarriage, she chose to pour her pain into purpose. Now, she creates books, courses, and communities that help families heal, grow, and thrive. Brandy holds two bachelor’s degrees, a master’s in alternative medicine, and is a Nationally Certified Nurturing Families Facilitator and International Trauma Educator. She blends science, spirituality, and Southern grit in every class, helping parents break cycles of generational trauma, build resilience, and find hope. Her “front porch” style of teaching makes you feel like you’re sitting across from a wise (and sometimes sassy) friend with sweet tea in hand, sharing real talk. Through her books (Ask Mom, Beyond Lemonade and MS Strong), online programs, and retreats, Brandy’s mission is simple: 💛 To help families heal, reclaim their power, and know they’re never alone. 🍋🪻 STARTING OCTOBER 1 — WE’RE GOING BEYOND LEMONADE. 🪻🍋
For 28 days, I’m opening up my kitchen table and inviting you to pull up a chair. Beginning October 1, we’re taking a four-week journey through the philosophies behind Beyond Lemonade: Turning Pain into Power, One Recipe at a Time. And you don’t have to buy anything to come along. This is about teaching, connecting, cooking, laughing, reflecting and getting curious about the patterns we carry. Over four weeks, we’ll explore: 🍋 The invisible things we carry into our relationships 🧠 Why survival responses can show up as everyday behavior 🪻 Fight, flight, freeze & fawn 💛 Reclaiming choice when life has left us feeling powerless 🌿 Boundaries, regulation & creating safety 🕯️ Generational patterns and becoming a cycle-breaker 🪑 Kitchen-table conversations and reflection questions 👩‍🍳 Lemon recipes from Beyond LemonadePLUS brand-new recipes from my kitchen 📖 Stories, rituals, journal prompts and little pieces of the Beyond Lemonade philosophy Some days we’ll go deep. Some days we’re just making something delicious with lemons. Because healing doesn’t always happen sitting in an office talking about the hardest thing that ever happened to us. Sometimes it happens when we finally recognize a pattern. Sometimes it’s a conversation. Sometimes it’s learning why our body reacts before our thinking brain catches up. Sometimes it’s setting a boundary. Sometimes it’s laughing until our stomach hurts. And sometimes, sugar-pop, it’s pie. 🥧🍋 That’s the heart behind Beyond Lemonade. Life handed us lemons we never asked for. We don’t have to spend the rest of our lives pretending they’re sweet. We get to decide what we make next. 🍋 28 DAYS BEYOND SURVIVAL October 1–28 Follow wherever you like to spend your time: 💜 Facebook & Instagram: Brandy Grace 🎥 TikTok & YouTube: search Brandy Grace ✍️ Substack: @beyondlemonade 🌐 Blog: SacredMamas.org 💛 SKOOL: MHM Mom Community & The Lemon Grove Community You don’t have to follow everywhere. New Trauma Informed Course
Walking the Motherline is a 4-week journey into understanding how the women before you shaped the woman you are today. Through attachment science, generational patterns, and compassionate reflection, we move from blame to understanding, from resentment to boundaries. This is not about excusing harm — it’s about reclaiming your power. Heal survival patterns, build healthy limits, and learn how to coexist without losing yourself.
