I was a proper spiritual f***er before - trying to improve myself with self-development world and spirituality. This one hits different though. Chris goes deep into helping you see what's really going on inside. Been practising this approach for a while now and I've had many profound revelations about the patterns that used to run my life. It's a more free and empowering life now. I'm the creator of my reality. The most consistent progress I've had as a human being than any other modality.

Practicing The Way since 2021, having searched for a spiritual path since a teenager and nothing comes close to the mentoring of Chris and The Way of Mastery. Not taking responsibility/accountability was my blind spot, Chris helped me uncover that. A working progress but with his support and the group's, my life and those closest to me has transformed immeasurably. A constant sense of joy and my 20year old underactive Thyroid has recovered, normal since 2023. Miracles happen!

Being mentored by Chris and especially discovering The Way has been a total game changer for me. I am now empowered with practices that enable me to be with pain and judgement and go beyond the stories of my mind and thereby experience more peace and joy. I am more loving AND have better boundaries.
