The rules (short)
1. Post numbers, not feelings. "I sent 6 offers" beats "I'm grinding."
2. No pitching. No DMs selling coaching, lists, or software. One strike and you're out.
3. Deal Review posts need three things: address (or zip), condition, and your number. Without your number, nobody can help you.
4. No seller personal info. No names, phone numbers, or photos of people. Address and condition only.
5. Nothing here is legal or tax advice. Contracts in the Classroom are examples. Have a local attorney review before you use them.
6. Help one person for every question you ask.
