Watch Module 0 in the Classroom. Download the Weekly Offer Tracker. Day 2. Run one property through the free MAO calculator: mymao.io/mao-calculator Day 3. Read the Offer Kit. Write your 4 Offer Levels (65 / 85 / 95 / 100) for your next call. Day 4. Pick one lead list from Module 2 and pull it. Day 5. Practice the script in Module 3 out loud. Twice. Day 6. Send one written offer. One. A verbal ballpark doesn't count. Day 7. Post your number in the Monday Offer Count thread. The rules (short)
1. Post numbers, not feelings. "I sent 6 offers" beats "I'm grinding." 2. No pitching. No DMs selling coaching, lists, or software. One strike and you're out. 3. Deal Review posts need three things: address (or zip), condition, and your number. Without your number, nobody can help you. 4. No seller personal info. No names, phone numbers, or photos of people. Address and condition only. 5. Nothing here is legal or tax advice. Contracts in the Classroom are examples. Have a local attorney review before you use them. 6. Help one person for every question you ask.

thursday is your call — 1:00 PM EST
Big update on how we're running the Thursday support call going forward. Starting this Thursday, I'm opening it up to the public — but only after our members-only portion. Here's how it'll work every week: 1:00 PM EST — you and the other founding members. Private. Your deals first. Your questions first. 1:30 PM EST — I let the public in for the second hour. 2:30 PM EST — we wrap. You keep everything you had before. You just get 30 minutes of it before anyone else even knows the call is happening. This Thursday is the first public call and I want you in the room. Two reasons. One — I'm running your deals first, so if you've got something you're stuck on, bring it. Address, asking price, condition. I'll build the offer live. Two — when the public joins at 1:30, it matters that founding members are already in the room, cameras on, part of the conversation. That's what makes founding membership actually mean something.
