Free product page teardowns (drop your link here)
If you run a Shopify store, this one's for you. Drop your product page link in the comments and I'll reply with a written teardown within 48 hours. I'll look at: - whether it's clear in 5 seconds who the product is for - the offer, the price framing, and how shipping is presented - the photos and the first screen on mobile - trust signals like reviews, guarantees, and returns - what I'd test first if it were my ad budget I've spent years running Google Ads for Shopify brands, and most of the wasted ad spend I've seen traced back to the page, not the traffic. With your link, add one line on what you sell and roughly how many visitors you get a month (a guess is fine). One product per person to start, and I'll get to every link.

🎯 Free Resource: The 15-Minute Conversion Audit
If you've never actually audited your own store for conversion leaks, start here. I put together the exact checklist I use when auditing a real Shopify store — 5 categories: checkout friction, product page trust signals, mobile experience, page speed, and cart abandonment recovery. No theory, no fluff. Pull up your store, go leak by leak, and walk away with a prioritized list of what to fix first. About 15 minutes if you're honest with yourself as you go. I'm putting this out free because the whole point of this group is fixing real leaks, not selling a course — if it helps you find even one thing to fix, it's done its job. 👉 Find it in the Classroom tab under "Start Here: Free Conversion Audit" or https://www.skool.com/shopify-profit-lab-4228/classroom/956eb67a?md=8fc0a88acf9f4c649ef7b9c2a21e3b8a Run it this week and drop what you found below — I'll help you prioritize what to fix first.

What Budget and Number of Products Should I Start With?
Hi! I’d like to get your opinion. What budget do you think makes sense for testing a new store? Let’s say the GMC hasn’t been approved yet, the store is completely new, and Google Ads has just been set up from scratch. The niche is clothing. How many products would you recommend starting with, and what kind of budget would you allocate for the initial test to collect enough data to evaluate the store?
Light / Easy
Weekend either/or 👇 Would you rather have one viral TikTok that brings 10,000 visitors for a day, or steady SEO traffic of 500 visitors every single day, forever? Curious how people think about growth here.
