Welcome to "Showcasing AI for Business" Please introduce yourself
[CLASS = Previous Live Chats / CALENDAR = Up-Coming Live Chats ] Welcome! The aim of this community is to show business owners and professionals how to leverage AI for work and business. I'll be inviting a developer each week to showcase AI builds done for their clients. We'll also be discussing acquisition tactics for Developers to find clients and run their businesses. Please introduce yourself to my friendly community! These discussions and resulting videos will give you ideas and inspiration on how other businesses and people are using AI, and how AI is changing the business landscape. All showcases are recorded and in the Classroom tab. Check the Calendar for the next talk. Contact me if there's a particular topic or tool you'd like to see and I'll find a developer to cover your interests.
the internal ops ones nobody teaches
watched this earlier and its really good. everything that gets taught is lead gen, chatbots, cold email, receptionists. all pointed at getting the client more customers. this has a whole block of internal stuff instead. sop and knowledge bot 5 to 10k build and 1 to 2.5k a month, hr onboarding bot 4 to 8k, internal reporting dashboard 3.5 to 7k. boring to demo and nobody cancels them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEwjYCN8dGg hes got a free skool community too which ive learnt a lot from https://www.skool.com/kvk-automates-ai

the boring one nobody sells is 1.2k to build and takes 2 days
missed call text back. a business misses a call, they get an automatic text within seconds so the lead doesnt just ring the next guy on google. 1.2k to 2.5k to build it, 200 to 400 a month, one to two days of work. its not impressive and thats exactly why nobody is pitching it, meanwhile every trade and clinic with a phone is losing money on missed calls right now. its number 2 of 20 in this, all with the real prices https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEwjYCN8dGg

the boring piece that stops outreach automations breaking
most outreach builds fall over because nothing remembers what already happened, so people get emailed twice, or called after they replied. this one puts a database under it that stores every lead, every email and every reply as one record. the scraper writes to it, the email agent reads from it, the caller checks it before dialling. not the exciting part of the build but its the reason it can run without someone watching it. https://youtu.be/CnqQ7-iFEXA

split your outreach into three narrow agents, not one big one
if youre building outreach automation, this structure is worth stealing even if you never build this exact thing. one agent finds leads and does nothing else. it scrapes maps, pulls reviews, ratings, contact, owner name. one agent writes, using what the first one found. it never searches. one agent calls, using what the second one sent. trying to make a single agent do all three is where these builds usually fall over. each one has a narrow job and a clean handoff, so when something breaks you know exactly which piece it was. full walkthrough: https://youtu.be/CnqQ7-iFEXA
