Maybe you keep saying yes when you want to say no. You overthink decisions, avoid difficult conversations, second-guess yourself, or keep putting off things you know would make your life better. Confidence Every Day was created for women 40+ who are ready to change those patterns without waiting until they suddenly “feel confident.” Inside the community, you’ll learn how to use Micro-Courage reps to practice speaking up, setting boundaries, trusting your decisions, reconnecting socially, and taking opportunities you might normally avoid. 🌱 Start free with the 5-Day Micro-Courage Kickstart and companion app so you can begin practicing right away. ✨ Go Premium when you’re ready for the full program and upgraded app, including your Fear Pattern Assessment, personalized Courage Track, deeper challenges, progress tracking, and live support. Right now, I’m also opening the community to women of all ages who are ready to make changes in their lives. You don’t have to change everything at once. Start with one small act of courage and build from there. 💜 Join Confidence Every Day free: https://www.skool.com/real-relationship-talk-1988/about
