I'm also excited to let you know that our next meditation in the Inner Child Meditation & Healing Series, The Voice of the Inner Critic, is now available in the classroom! This meditation was originally scheduled to be released tomorrow, but I've made it available a little early for anyone who would like to spend some time with it today. This meditation is an opportunity to explore your relationship with your inner critic and begin offering yourself greater compassion, understanding, and emotional support. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are having a beautiful week! 💛 I have a few updates for you and some new things waiting for you in the community. 🧸 This Week’s Inner Child Meditation Yesterday I posted our newest meditation in the Inner Child Healing Series: When You Had to Grow Up Too Fast. This meditation is ready for anyone who feels called to it. It’s an opportunity to connect with the younger part of you who may have had to take on responsibilities, roles, or emotional burdens too early and offer that part of yourself some of the care and support they needed. 🌿 🔮 September Premium Member Group Reading I’m also in the process of uploading our monthly group reading for Premium Members right now, so it should be available any minute! The question that won our poll this month was: ✨ “Guidance for giving yourself the emotional support and comfort you may not have received as a child.” I absolutely loved doing this reading. It came out really beautifully, and I was inspired to pull an additional oracle card to go along with the I Ching reading as well. There was some wonderful guidance in this reading, including this passage from the I Ching: “If you depend on the outside world to provide you with happiness, you will be blown about like a feather in the wind. Try not to seek approval from others. Do not allow yourself to be swept along by circumstances. Maintain your integrity. If you lose touch with yourself, you will not attract the right people.” I’m really looking forward to you watching the full reading when you get a chance. 💛 💚 Thank You for a Beautiful Reiki Share It was so great to see everyone who could make it to our Reiki Share on Sunday! We had a beautiful evening together, and afterward Johnny led us through his Crystal Alchemy Ceremony. It was such a great experience for those of us who were there and got to share in it together. Johnny is open to coming back and facilitating it again, so we may have another opportunity to experience the ceremony in October. Details to follow! 💎✨
