Welcome to the Stealth Coaching Squad!
Whether you're locked in for a 70.3, a T100 event, or building toward your next full Ironman, you're now part of a performance-driven community built to help you race faster, smarter, and with total confidence. To kick things off, let's look at the two core engines powering your progress here: 1. The Stealth Skool Hub: Your HQ This is where everything lives. Use this community hub to drop your training questions, connect with fellow ambitious age-groupers, access expert guidance, and tap into technique reviews. No fluff, no junk miles—just a structured space designed to keep you accountable and progressing every single week. 2. Track-Adapt-Perform (TAP): Your Performance Analytics Powerhouse To truly race faster, we need to look beyond raw numbers and track how your physiological capacity and durability are evolving over time. That’s where our custom Track-Adapt-Perform (TAP) app comes in. Traditional platforms track inputs (volume, TSS, intensity). TAP tracks true physiological adaptation and durability over time. It cuts through the noise of daily fatigue to show you clear, objective proof of whether your body is building real performance capacity. Most training platforms tell you how much you trained, how high your CTL (Chronic Training Load) is, or how tired you are. TAP answers the one question that actually matters: Has your performance capacity actually changed as a result of training? Not how many hours you logged, not how fatigued you feel—whether you can now physically produce more than before. Pro-Tip to Get Started: If you're coming over from TrainingPeaks, I can upload your entire training dataset from the last 12 months straight into TAP (if your data is available and synced). This instantly maps out your historical baseline, exposes your capacity trends, and lets us dial in your bespoke progression from day one. Your First Steps: 1. Introduce yourself in the main community feed—let us know what races you've got on the calendar for this season! 2. Check your TrainingPeaks sync so we can pull your 12-month history into TAP. 3. Dive into the resources and get ready to elevate your swim, bike, and run. 4.

Something big is happening with Stealth this Month : The "Evidence Engine" is coming. 🚀
Team, I’ve been quiet on the "back-end" of things lately because I’ve been busy building something designed to make your training clearer, faster, and more integrated. Something big is happening with Stealth Endurance Coaching this month. For the last 20 years, I’ve been coaching across different platforms. But we’ve all faced the same problem: We have endless data, but we’re still guessing if we’re actually getting faster. Most platforms tell you what you did; they rarely tell you if it actually worked. I’m changing that. We are officially launching the new Stealth Endurance Coaching hub—and it’s more than just a website. I’m building a Performance Evidence Engine that sits on top of your current data. Why does this matter for you? - The "Did It Work?" Metric: Instead of generic "Fitness" scores, Stealth will show you your Performance Capacity Change. We’re tracking your power- and pace-duration curves to answer the only question that matters: Has my physiology actually improved over this training block? - Actionable Intelligence: You’ll stop seeing "Fitness +8" and start seeing: "✅ Threshold power +6%, ➖ Sprint unchanged. This block successfully targeted your aerobic engine." - Unified Stealth System: Everything is being optimised to integrate your swim mechanics, bike power, and run durability into one clear dashboard that validates your training stress against real performance gains. What you’ll see rolling out: 1. The New Stealth Hub: A streamlined home for all Level 1, 2, and 3 build blocks. 2. Performance Intelligence: A new way to track your "Capacity Change" (Last 42 days vs. previous 42 days). 3. Refined Coaching Tiers: For those who want me to personally review their data and tell them why their capacity is (or isn’t) moving. I’m tired of athletes grinding through plans without knowing if they’re hitting a wall or a breakthrough. We’re moving to a system that proves your progress. Stay tuned for the official link drop later this week. Let’s get to work!

🗺️ THE ROADMAP: Your 13-Week Stealth Mastery Cycle
Welcome to the Squad!! If you’re here, it’s because you’re done with "random acts of training." You’re ready to move away from the guesswork and toward a calculated, professional approach to your 70.3 finish line. To get the most out of this community, you need to know how we operate. We run on a 13-Week Rolling Mastery Cycle. Every week, we deep-dive into one specific pillar of performance. Whether you are 12 weeks out from a race or just starting your build, this cycle ensures no "energy leaks" are left in your game. 🗓 THE WEEKLY RHYTHM To keep you on track without overwhelming your schedule, we follow this exact beat every week: - MONDAY: The "Problem" Poll. We identify where the squad is struggling. - WEDNESDAY: The Mid-Week Check-in. Key insights to prep you for the briefing. - THURSDAY: THE STEALTH BRIEFING (Live). 20 minutes of pro-level strategy + Q&A. - FRIDAY: The Recap & Resource Drop. Replays and Cheat Sheets go live in the Classroom. 📍 WHERE TO START 1. Check the Calendar: Find the next Thursday Briefing and hit "Add to Calendar." Showing up live is where the breakthroughs happen. 2. Visit the Classroom: All past briefings and "Stealth Toolsets" are archived there. Start with Week 1: Swim Metrics. 3. Introduce Yourself: Post in the community! Tell us which race you’re targeting in 2026 and what your #1 goal is right now. The goal is simple: We stop training for fatigue, and we start training for the finish line. See you in the briefings. — Nick Speedy Swimming Stealth Squad
