This is where the digging stops and the building starts. For four days you've been going down — the belief, the hiding place, the voice, the payoff. Today you turn around and look up. Who is the version of you on the other side of all this? The one who already has what you've been reaching for? And here's the thing about that version of you: it's not a stranger you have to become. It already exists. It's who'd be running the show if the old pattern weren't in the way. Day 5 isn't about inventing someone new. It's about meeting who's been underneath the whole time. Where most people go wrong today: they write the poster version. "I'm confident. I'm abundant. I'm free." Pretty words, and useless, because you can't step into an adjective. The you who already has it isn't a mood — it's a set of behaviours. So get specific and get boring: what does that version of you actually do on an ordinary Tuesday that you still have to force yourself to do? How do they answer the email, price the offer, make the ask — without the flinch that currently costs you a whole day of nerve? That's the real work. The gap between you and them isn't confidence. It's the specific things they do without thinking that you're still white-knuckling. Name those, and you've got your map. And the last question ties the whole week together: what's keeping you from being that version today? Look closely, because the honest answer is almost never "circumstances." It's the payoff you named yesterday. The exact thing staying stuck has been quietly paying you is the thing standing between you and them. That version of you isn't far away. It's on the other side of the thing you've been protecting. So when you've done the work with AVA, post your Day 5 line here — and this time, don't describe that version of you. 👉Step into them.👈 Write one sentence in the present tense, as the person who already has it. Start it with "Day 5." Speak as them, not about them. Whatever you're not changing, you are choosing. Today you find out exactly who you'd be if you chose differently.
