This one is challenging because it feels like I'm exposing a part of myself that I've kept hidden for so long. Yet, I'm also becoming aware of patterns I've repeated for years without truly understanding what was happening beneath the surface.
I always saw myself as someone who procrastinated, and others labelled me as “lazy.” But deep down, I knew that wasn't the full story. People often judge what they see from the outside without understanding what's happening within. Their opinions didn't define my worth, and I knew there was more going on inside me than what they could see.
I've always found myself questioning my thoughts, my feelings, and why I respond the way I do. I've wanted to understand what happens inside my mind and why I sometimes feel the way I do. Psychology has always intrigued me, and I sometimes wonder why I never pursued it, especially being such an empath and someone who feels so deeply.
All I knew, even as a little girl, was that I wanted to help people. ❤️
So where am I hiding?
3 Things I am holding back from:
Places, noble word, real word
- Pricing - fair - afraid
- Coaching - patient - avoiding
- Your work - humble - hiding
