24 Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. 25 For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. 26 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul? Mathew 16 24:26

To be happy, you have to be happy period. You cannot expect happiness from outside variables, otherwise you will never find it.

You are blessed if you can fail and try again, you can never lose if you never give up. Surpass your limits.

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?" Mathew 6:25

Comfort kills ambition, but suffering breeds growth. It is easy to get comfortable with a life that we hate because at least we can breathe. But either way you are suffering, one just hurts less in the moment. Would you rather painful suffering and grow or painless suffering and remain the same?
