I love this surplus Institute Community. Much knowledge here and many great tips and ideas are shared by everyone. Its truly like a family because you can ask a question or send in a "problem" you are experiencing out there trying to close deals, and one or more members will quickly respond and give you pointers how to proceed. And there nothing like having David there who will ACTUALLY respond to you if you need him. Love this Skool.
