Thinking about a DELF prep group — who's in?
I'm putting together a small-group DELF preparation cohort: 6 weeks, live sessions, real grammar and exam practice, with proper feedback from me along the way. We build the same core skills that DELF, TCF and TEF test: speaking, listening, reading and writing. The exam formats differ, but the underlying abilities are the same. So the method strengthens all three. Small group on purpose — so everyone actually gets attention, not a lecture hall. Before I build it, I want to know who genuinely wants this. If that's you, drop a comment below or react to this post. Tell me which level you're aiming for (A2, B1, B2…) and I'll shape the cohort around who shows up. Not committing you to anything yet — just counting hands.
French Writing Challenge ✍️
Here's the rule: no Google Translate, DeepL, ChatGPT, Claude or any other AI tool. Just you, your brain and what you've learned so far. Use this thread to write your own sentences in French. A few lines is enough, about your day, your weekend, your plans, anything you like. I'll correct them and explain what needs fixing. Writing is where everything you've learned comes together. It also shows you what you haven't quite mastered yet, and those small mistakes we all make when we're not paying attention. Don't worry about getting it perfect. Mistakes are exactly what we're here to work on. À vous de jouer !
Looking for speaking partners
Bonjour à tous, I'm Alice. I'm studying for TCF and am looking for speaking partners to practice French with. My current level is probably A2 - B1. Female of age 30-50, proficient in English. Available everyday from 11am to 9pm (shanghai time zone). Let me know if any of you want to meet up. Have a great week.
