A Small Update About the Systemize Space Community 🚀
I’ve decided to make a small change to how I’m managing the Systemize Space community. Right now, there are three different places around Systemize Space: • The Vault Community inside Systeme-io • The Systemize Space Facebook Group • The Systemize Space Skool Community After using them for a while, I realized that the Vault community and Skool are quite similar, which means I’m essentially posting the same updates and information in multiple places. To help me prioritize the projects and things I’m currently working on, I’ve decided to close the Skool community for now and focus on the two spaces that have a clear purpose: 🚀 The Vault Community: the private, premium support area for Vault members. 🌐 The Facebook Group: the free community space for everyone interested in Systemize Space, where I share updates, ideas, inspiration, and connect with the wider community. And just to be clear: Systemize Space is continuing as normal. ❤️ If you’re a Vault member, nothing changes for you. You’ll still have access to the Vault Community, all the content, videos, tools, updates, and support as before. I’m also not ruling out Skool for the future. I do have ideas for what I could build there later, but for now, I don’t see a reason to maintain another community when the Vault support community already serves that purpose. I’d rather keep things simple and put my time and energy into what matters most: building the Vault, improving the tools, creating new resources, and continuing to develop Systemize Space. Sometimes having fewer places means I can spend less time managing communities and more time actually building. 🚀 For now: one less community to manage, and more time to build. ❤️ There are already some cool new updates happening inside Systemize Space, with even more on the way. 🚀 If you have a request, suggestion, or something you’d like to see added to the Vault, you can simply use the Request topic inside the Vault support community.

Step 03: Build the Header & Footer
The next part of the videocreation.info build series is now available inside the Classroom. → In Step 01, we built the private Vault. → In Step 02, we created the Brand DNA. Now, in Step 03, we start building the actual website. 💡 What you will learn: ⯀ Create the main website pages and prepare their links. ⯀ Add direct page-editing links inside the private Vault. ⯀ Update the sitemap with the new website structure. ⯀ Prepare the Global Header and Global Footer sections. ⯀ Set up the Systeme.io Blog Layout for custom code. ⯀ Start with ready-made header and footer code from the Vault. ⯀ Use Gemini to transform the code into your own branding. ⯀ Test and refine everything inside the HTML editor using the live preview. ⯀ Add the finished code to the Blog Layout and test it on the actual website. ⯀ Save the final code inside the private Vault for future updates. By the end of this step, the main website structure is created, the global header and footer are live, and the private Vault is ready to support the next stages of the build. If you have any questions or get stuck while following the tutorial, feel free to ask. 🦾

Header & Footer Prompt Generator
New tool added to the Vault: Header & Footer Prompt Generator You can now find it inside the Code Prompts module. This tool helps you create strong AI prompts for custom Systeme.io-safe headers and footers. Instead of starting from a blank prompt, it guides you step by step through the structure, layout, mobile menu, CTA buttons, footer links, legal links, social links, brand styling, and more. I tested it with the free version of Gemini Flash 3.5, and when the prompt is filled in properly, it can produce clean code outputs that you can use as a strong starting point. You can find it here: Vault → Code Prompts → Header & Footer Prompt Generator This is perfect if you want to create your own branded header and footer faster, without guessing how to structure the prompt from scratch. Questions or feedback? Drop them in the comments or ask inside the Vault community. 🦾
