Until today that was two people. Me on operations, our Head of AI Solutions on architecture.
Traction is good. Clients are fantastic.
Four hands are not enough anymore.
So we're opening one seat:
→ AI-Native Developer
→ Fully remote — 4h overlap with 9–17 CET
→ Full-time, $2,500–3,000/month
→ Internal systems + real client work, from week one
→ Paid trial on real work. Decision in 48 hours.
