LESSON 27- REQUIRES NEW THINKING
Dr. D wants to share...When a person begins to feel lost and believes that life is a negative blob not changing, then indeed there is a need for change. Change must come, or life evolves into endless days of inner turmoil, where one seems stuck in quicksand, spinning one’s mental and physical wheels, but going no place. A person feels unable to move one’s life out of the sinking sand in which one finds oneself. It is as if one’s life does not seem to be able to advance forward beyond a certain point and that point is far from what one needs or wants in order to feel that life is truly worth living. In this state of mind, a person may find it difficult to know what to do, because it is one’s very state of mind that can be likened unto a jailer who has imprisoned his thinking into such a pattern, that he cannot comprehend the forest from the trees. Your mind is so confused, you feel like you are in an endless spin cycle. In this state of mind, individuals may feel almost helpless to help themselves, having tried patterns that already exist in their mind to change things, but failing through the use of those very confused thinking patterns. Nothing will ever change in people’s lives until they themselves make a mindset change. Dr. D wants to encourage you that the change must begin within themselves, and the change must begin in the way you think; to change from negative thought patterns that are producing nothing, to positive thought patterns capable of breaking the chains of mental slavery that prevent people’s lives from healing and improving.

Lesson 26 - Finding your Scared Wounded inner Child Inside... Finally Bringing that child safely Home.
Dr. D wants to share the work that John Bradshaw referred to in his training visualization as a "collective grief ritual." In his book "The Family", John Bradshaw shares a profound moment that gets right to the core of why so many adults carry so many inner child wounds that are unseen heavy burdens into adulthood. During a group visualization session, he guided everyone through this visualization to meet their Inner Wounded Child—the exact version of themselves that was forced to grow up too fast, hide their feelings, or carry shame from trauma that was never theirs to have to hold onto. In the visualization, he asked the group to picture that wounded child standing in front of them: vulnerable, wide-eyed, and terrified. Then, he invited them to do what no one was able to do back then: step forward, wrap their arms around that wounded child, and speak the words they needed to hear the most: "I see you. You are safe now. I am here to protect you, and you don't have to carry this alone anymore." In that session, emotional walls broke down. Grown adults wept—not out of weakness, but out of profound relief. For the first time, they stopped running from their pain and finally offered themselves the deep compassion and safety they had been searching for all their lives in others. So many of us are still letting our wounded child run our adult lives—our relationships, our self-worth, and our fear of stepping into our true power. But the moment you take that wounded child by the hand, tell them it’s okay to rest, and step up as the adult that you now are in your life, everything begins to shift. Your mindset begins to recognize that it was not your fault. Take a breath today. Look inward. What does your younger self need to hear from you right now? Take it slow and make sure you do some deep breathing. “Tell your inner wounded child, I’m going to take care of you. I’m going to be your champion." Dr. D encourages you to do daily "Check-ins" (Championing): This is a commitment to check in with the inner child daily for a few minutes to ask what it needs, allowing the inner child to feel safe, seen and heard. These check in exercises aim to transition you from having a "wounded inner child" holding you back to a "wonder child" filled with GOD's creativity and joy.

Lesson 25 -Finding Peace in the Storm of Navigating Grief When Answers are very Unclear
Dr. D wants to write this as inspiration and dedicates it to the honor of Nolan Wells and his family and friends. This is a tragic loss! No parent should have to endure the pain of losing a child and not knowing what happened. As a Metaphysician, I understand that GOD sees all that happens in the World, so I am so faithful and hopeful that HE will let the truth come to the light. I am praying for the Wells family, that GOD wraps his arms around them like a warm blanket on a very cold day. Loss has a way of shaking the foundation beneath our feet. When someone we love passes away, the weight of grief can feel crushing. But when a departure is surrounded by unanswered questions and ongoing investigations — like the tragic loss of Nolan Wells — that grief is often accompanied by confusion, anger, and a desperate search for truth. Nolan, an 18-year-old athlete known for his gentle spirit, bright smile, and ability to bring people together, left an indelible mark on those around him. As his family, friends, and an entire community process his loss amid the ongoing investigation into his final hours, they face a pain that feels overwhelming. Yet, even in the deepest darkness of loss and legal uncertainty, GOD creates a path toward healing. What to Do When Grief Overwhelms You: 1. Allow Yourself to Stand in the Truth of Your Feelings Grief is not a single emotion; it is a full spectrum. Anger, sorrow, disbelief, and numbness are all valid responses. Do not rush your process or suppress what you feel. Healing begins when we give ourselves permission to mourn freely. 1. Anchor Yourself in Community and Prayer Isolation magnifies sorrow. Lean on those who stand with you in love and truth. Surround yourself with family, friends, and faithful people who can lift you up when your own strength falters. 1. Release the Burden of Seeking Answers Alone When injustice or uncertainty surrounds a loss, it is natural to feel consumed by the search for answers. While advocating for truth is vital, remember to guard your heart and spirit. Cast the heavy weight of the unknown onto a power greater than yourself.
Lesson 24- The Architecture of Panic…Why We Dread the Unknown???
Dr.D wants to share this deep dive about panic and Eckart Tolle’s wise advice. The grocery store shelves are empty. The stock market ticker flashes a violent red. In the wake of unexpected global shifts, a familiar, chaotic rhythm takes over global society: Panic. As a Metaphysician, I have spent years researching public reactions to crises in my days as a Social Worker. Whether it is an unexpected economic downturn, a sudden technological disruption, or a geopolitical shock, the human collective response follows a predictable blueprint. But if you look closely at the anatomy of panic, you realize something very profound: People aren’t actually panicking about what is happening right now. They are panicking about what might happen next…the future. We tend to be a species addicted to certainty, and our greatest enemy is the unknown. The Hallucination of Control At its core, panic is a design flaw in our psychological evolutionary biology. Our brains are prediction engines. We constantly scan our environments, build narratives, and project past experiences into the future to keep ourselves safe. When a crisis hits, that predictive machinery breaks down. The data points disappear. Suddenly, we don’t know what tomorrow looks like, and the brain treats this blank canvas of the future as an immediate, existential threat. To cope, we try to force control onto an uncontrollable world. We hoard supplies, we obsessively refresh news feeds, and we spin elaborate, worst-case scenarios. We mistake worrying for preparing. But this is an illusion. We are trying to solve a problem that doesn’t exist yet, using tools we don’t have. The Eckart Tolle Paradigm Shift: There is No Future to Fear…. To understand how to break this cycle of collective anxiety, we have to step away from the breaking news cycle and look toward metaphysics. Specifically, the teachings of spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle. In his seminal work, Tolle unpacks a deceptively simple truth that completely dismantles the architecture of panic: All we ever have is the Present Moment.
