Hi all, are new to the platform, coming from the Bay Area! We are W2 earners in pharma and tech, and are in closing on our first STR in the Smoky Mountains in September. We're focused on reducing our taxable income through the STR loophole to support the growth of our long-term wealth strategy. Looking forward to meeting more like-minded people!
